Sales & Business Development - Sales Manager

Your mission
Here at the The Exploration Company we are developing, producing, and operating Nyx, a modular and reusable space orbital vehicle that can eventually be refueled in orbit, and which carries cargo - and potentially humans in the longer run.

 We want you as a talented Sales Manager to help us in our mission by ​supporting our sales for the first mission in 2026.

  In your capacity as ​Sales Manager, your role will be continuously evolving, but day to day your duties will include:
  • Achieving the sales target of The Exploration Company.
  • Generating sales leads and finalising qualified leads in the most efficient way. 
  • Hiring, motivating and managing the sales team in achieving monthly/yearly sales targets. 
  • Coordinating with the Business Development and Marketing team to develop promotional strategies based on sales forecasts.
  • Preparing effective sales models to enhance sales funnel.
Your profile
What we would love to see from you:
In the role of ​Sales Manager ideally, you will have the following:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Proven work experience in a Sales department as a Sales Representative, ales Consultant or similar position
  • Complete understanding of the company’s products and services (can be acquired stepwise)
  • Good knowledge of sales tracking software and lead generation tools
